TermMinder Data API terms
The API is operated by ROLOZOLO LTD. These terms apply when you request a key or subscribe.
Using the data
Free keys are for evaluation and non-commercial use. Commercial use requires a paid plan or Data licence. You may use the data in your products while complying with your plan and the source licences identified in each response. Credit TermMinder and retain the supplied source attribution and links. Underlying source-licence rights remain with their respective licensors.
Our standard plans do not permit resale or redistribution of the raw dataset, including through a competing data feed. A separate Data licence agreement is required for that use. These contractual restrictions do not remove rights you independently hold under an underlying open licence.
Dates and responsibility
Dates come from official sources and can change. Regional dates may differ from an individual school's calendar. Windows and unknowns must remain clearly labelled in your product. We give no warranty of accuracy, completeness or uninterrupted availability. Do not rely on the data where a mistake could cause harm; verify consequential decisions with the school or authority.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the API is capped at the fees you paid us in the preceding 12 months. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Keys, quotas and fair use
Keep your key private. Do not share it publicly, bypass quotas, disrupt the service or use it unlawfully. Monthly call allowances reset on the first day of each month at 00:00 UTC and do not roll over. We may suspend abusive use or access that breaches these terms.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Paid subscriptions renew monthly or annually at the price shown at checkout. No VAT is charged. You may cancel renewal at any time through the billing portal. Your paid access continues until the subscription ends, then returns to the free plan. After a failed payment, paid access has a seven-day grace period before free-plan limits apply. Data licence fees and duration are agreed separately.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have. Questions: hello@termminder.com.
