What we store today

Nothing that identifies you. There is no account, no login, and no tracking or advertising script on any page: the stylesheet is served from this site and no third-party font, script or image is loaded, so opening a page here does not tell anyone else that you did.

Our server keeps ordinary web-server request logs, which include IP addresses, for a short period so we can find and fix faults and detect abuse.

When reminders launch

Term-date reminders are not switched on yet. When they are, signing up will store the email address you give us, the authority you asked about and an optional label for your own use, so that we can send the reminders you asked for. Nothing else, and never to anyone else. Every reminder will carry a one-click unsubscribe link that deletes the subscription.

Your data and how to reach us

Once reminders exist you will be able to see, correct, export or delete what we hold about you at any time, and you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office if you think we have handled it badly. Until then there is nothing of yours here to ask for.
