Reading TermMinder needs no account. We do not sell personal information. There is no advertising or third-party tracking script on this site.

We count public page requests and planning actions by day and public region. These counts contain no visitor identities, raw searches, URLs or coordinates. Actions are not unique people. DNT and GPC privacy signals disable collection. Retention in days: 180.

Correction reports

We store the authority or school, school name, date concerned, message, optional email address, submission time, review status and operator review notes. We use them to check date differences and answer your report. Avoid including children’s names or unnecessary personal details. Retention period for reports and their review notes, in days: 365. They are deleted after this period.

Reminder accounts

When available, accounts hold an email address and its verification time, or a browser push endpoint and encryption keys; timezone, language, delivery hour and channel; calendar selections and optional labels; consent state and time; and private access links. Email accounts must confirm possession of the address before managing reminders. Browser-only accounts use a private recovery link you must save yourself.

We keep a keyed hash of the network address used for email-account reminder consent. Email access links expire after 30 minutes and can be used once. We use these records to provide the reminders you request and protect your account. A browser endpoint identifies a browser installation; treat your recovery and calendar links as private.

Notification records contain the recipient, calendar boundary, delivery channel, status, timestamps and provider error category. Retention period to prevent duplicate delivery and issue date corrections, in days: 396. Time until unverified email accounts expire, in days: 7. Time until accounts with reminders stopped expire, measured from consent withdrawal or creation if reminders were never enabled, in days: 396. Active accounts remain until you delete them.

Your choices, export and deletion

Your management page lets you change calendars and delivery preferences, stop reminders, download your account data and permanently delete the account. Deletion removes watches, browser registration, notification history and access links from the live database. Email messages also have an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops delivery and keeps the account until its retention period ends.

Account deletion does not automatically identify separately submitted correction reports. For a report copy, correction or deletion, contact: hello@termminder.com. Include enough detail to identify the report; we verify the request before sharing personal information.

Infrastructure, logs and backups

Our hosted application and database run on Railway. Email delivery uses Twilio SendGrid. We do not claim that additional analytics or backup providers are active unless they are configured.

Infrastructure request logs may contain network addresses and requested paths. We instruct operators to redact private account paths and exclude form bodies and delivery addresses from application logs. Private account responses use no-store and no-referrer protections. Account data may remain in restricted infrastructure backups for up to 30 days; operators must enforce this expiry and reapply erasures before restoring service from an older backup.

School map

Opening the detailed map loads map images from the OpenStreetMap Foundation. It receives your IP address, browser information and requested map areas. Clicking School map or Go to my location requests browser location permission; simply viewing the homepage or globe does not. Requested map areas are sent to TermMinder and OpenStreetMap and may appear in request logs. The feature creates no saved location history. OpenStreetMap Foundation

Saved calendars on your device

Calendar names and links saved in the planner remain in this browser’s storage. Clear them on the saved calendars page or by clearing site data. Public source documents and school-date facts are separate from personal account and report records. Saved calendars page.

To show this summary, this browser sends saved calendar IDs to TermMinder. Names and saved links stay on this device.

Choosing a language stores a preference cookie for up to one year. It contains only the language code. You can remove it by clearing this site’s cookies; links and search forms also retain your selected language.
